4 CMS Holiday Party 2026
Come close out the year with the squadron. The 4th Component Maintenance Squadron Booster Club is hosting our annual holiday party on 18 December from 1700 to 2200 at the 567th Red Horse Squadron pavilion. Everyone in the squadron is welcome, along with spouses, partners, kids and anyone else you call family.
What to expect
Dinner [Catered buffet / potluck] with [main dishes], sides, dessert and drinks. Let us know on the RSVP if anyone in your party has a food allergy or needs a vegetarian plate.
Awards and recognition Leadership will hand out [quarterly / annual] awards and say a few words about the year. Come see your coworkers get the credit they earned.
Gift exchange A white elephant swap for anyone who wants in. Bring a wrapped gift worth about $[amount]; funny is encouraged, useful is fine, and steals are limited to [number] per gift.
Door prizes and raffle Tickets are $[price] each or [number] for $[price], with prizes like [prize examples]. Proceeds go back into the Booster Club for next year's events.
For the kids [Visit from Santa at [time] / a craft table / a movie corner] so the little ones have something to do while the adults catch up.
Photos A photo spot with props, so wear the ugly sweater, the dress blues or whatever you feel like.
Music and games [DJ / playlist], [cornhole / trivia / bingo], and the [commander's / first sergeant's] [tradition, for example a chili cook-off or dessert contest].

1 Per Flight - Communicate with your flight to announce fundraisers and volunteer opportunities.

Childcare Lead
Work with other lead to assign shifts to volunteers. Monitor and provide guidance for volunteers assisting with childcare during the event. Route any issues or emergencies to event coordinators.

Lead the decor/set-up committee, provide opinions and execute styling the event.
